What a fantastic day we had today for our first "Track & Field" day. We had water sponge races, gunny sack races and tug of war. PTO provided a popsicle treat for the students as they watched and cheered on other class's as they completed. After that we got into our friendship groups, enjoyed a sack lunch outside, played some games and painted a popsicle stick that we will arrange into a "quilt" pattern. We had a very fun day.
