What a fun day!!!

This blog post is "video heavy" but I want you to witness the excitement of the day!  We had so much energy Tuesday, we started off by dancing to one of our favorite Christmas songs, "Crazy Santa".  (you can search it on youtube ~ kids love it!)  You can click on the gear at the bottom to make the videos a little clearer.

As if that wasn't enough at 8:00 in the morning, they begged for one more :)

Mid-morning we headed off to the gym to do our annual Carol Sing.  So touching to hear all their cute little voices singing.

Then the time was here to break the pinatas.  Thanks to the Bombei's for supplying all the goodies to fill the pinatas!

December fun

This wee Pam came and we made some treats for our furry friends.  We mixed lard and bread then took a cookie cutter to make it a fun shape.  

In math we did some sorting and practice with tally marks using green and red M&M's.

We also helped make a pinata that we will fill with candy and break during our party next week.  

Christmas Trees

This is always a favorite activity ~ making Christmas trees with all sorts of sugar!  After we were done I heard, "This is the best day ever!"  I love to hear that!  Thanks again to everyone who donated supplies to make this possible.
