Spring Concert

The spring concert is such a fun night for the kids.  They all looked fantastic in their fancy clothes and did such a good job singing.

I'm playing a little catch up today on our blog.  Here are a few pictures from a couple weeks ago as we finished up out penguin unit and had a fun little snack.

On Day 100 we talked about 100 things we would NOT want and 100 things we would want.

In math we have been working with "longs" and "cubes" to show that teen numbers are 10 plus "some more".  Today we chose a card and counted the cubes on on it, wrote it down, then used an ipad mini to scan the QR code to see if we were correct.  It was a great way to self correct and once the students got the hang of it, they did a great job!
